Nicolas Deridder and his company Equestrian Cup Events fraudulently invoiced our barn and collected $18,000 for a VIP Table at a horse show in St. Tropez scheduled to be held at Hubside Jumping Grimaud - Golfe de St. Tropez during June 12-23, 2024, despite knowing it had been canceled.

Our farm initially contacted Mr. Deridder regarding a two-week FEI show jumping competition in St. Tropez scheduled for June 12-23, 2024. Participation required purchasing a VIP table, which we reserved and paid for immediately.

Mr. Deridder is known to organize other equestrian events in Belgium and France and is associated with Equestrian Series and Hubside Jumping.

Polo Resort & Country Club Saint-Tropez
1999 route du Bourrian, Haras de Gassin, 83580 – St. Tropez, France

We are working with the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) on this matter, as Mr. Deridder has also fraudulently taken money from other riders and promoters, failing to pay out prize money, including $100,000 in fees for VIP services.

After the June event was canceled, our multiple attempts to contact him for a refund have gone unanswered. We are now pursuing litigation.
